The tension created from the energy here makes room for a deeper relaxation.

What you have to do is imagine yourself in a tornado, spinning and whirling with every word, thunder crackling all around you, the wind so loud that you can't hear anything other than the music.

Then as the verse ends, the tornado ends and you go into a free fall back to the earth. Getting that weightless feeling, like when you're on a rollercoaster and you hit that very first dip.
